The shipping cost for each order under $99 has a $15 fee plus tax. Each order with a value of $99 or more will ship free of charge. Sales tax is applied according to the specified rate in the province or territory to which each order is being shipped. Signature Required is available on request for free with no additional charge and will automatically be included with any order placed valuing $350 or more.
Shipping outside of Canada?
All Your Green Needs can ship to Canadian Provinces and Territories using Canada Post, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for orders of $99 and up. We do not currently ship internationally.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer via email at Info@allyourgreenneeds.com to confirm if your order is still processing or if it has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using Canada Posts Delivery Manager/Customer Service Phone Line to change the shipping address and re-route your order.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation will include a serial order number. This number can be used to track your order through Canada Post.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM PST will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped by the following business day. Canada Post may experience delays in processing and shipping out packages. We appreciate your patience if any delays occur, and regret that we are unable to do anything about delays once packages have been shipped from our facility.
What if I don’t receive my All Your Green Needs order?
Please check your property to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors/landlord if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at email@example.com to start a Canada Post trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from All Your Green Needs within 30 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
We regret that we will not be held responsible for any packages that are either lost or stolen once the tracking information indicates a package has been successfully delivered. Members assume all responsibility for any orders placed once the tracking information indicates that the package is out for delivery.
