Can I order outside of Canada?
You may be able to order outside of Canada but unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of Canada. We are based out of British Columbia, Canada, and for the time being, only shipping nationwide to our Canadian customers.
Is ordering online through All Your Green Needs safe?
As one of the most popular ways to order cannabis in Canada is now online, we are proud to say that we have not had a mailing issue to date. However, Canada Post does have the authority to seize and destroy orders with no legal enforcement. For your order’s safety, we take precautions such as sealing product in odour proof bags, bubble wrapping and securing them with no labeling in a secured package. We will personally insure any lost orders up to $800.
Please note that in this unlikely event, the tracking code cannot say “item has been delivered”. We are not liable for thefts after an order has been dropped off. Ensure that this does not happen by selecting the “signature required” option at checkout.
Is there a shipping fee?
As with all online cannabis stores, there is a $19.99 nationwide shipping fee with all of our delivery services. However, if you spend over $149.99 you will automatically receive free shipping !
How will your order be packaged?
We package all orders in secure and discrete packaging with an odour proof bag. Our bags are packed with bubbled plastic, ensuring your bud and other products arrives in pristine condition, and that it does not disclose the contents on the package or on the labeling.
